1. How do I login to the admin panel?
You can access your admin panel at custom URL mail.domainname.com. Enter your email address and password to sign in.
2. How to activate the custom login page?
You need to add the A record for the URL mail.domainname.com and point it to our IP 202.137.237.27
3. I am unable to login to the admin panel.
If you have forgotten the password, then you can recover it online using “forgot password” option. If this doesn’t work, you can contact our customer support.
